MacBook Air (Mid 2013 and newer)- MacBook Pro with Retina display (Late 2013 and newer).
It seems this issue affects all Macs manufactured in 2013 and later running OS X Yosemite: Therefore, Micro Snitch may not report camera activity even though apps such as FaceTime are running or Micro Snitch may indicate that the camera is recording even though the app that was using the camera has already quit.
This results in apps not being able to correctly determine whether the camera is recording on these computers.

On certain Mac models, there is an issue in OS X Yosemite (10.10) that prevents the system from correctly reporting whether the built-in FaceTime HD camera is recording. Nonetheless, there may be compatibility issues that are not yet known.
